The station does not answer the phone on the contest line. On several occasions I have called during the Steve Harvey Cash Give Away and the phone just rings and rings. I know they do not have a winner that quick. Then when the announcer comes back from break he announces the winner. This is very suspect since you never get a busy line just ringing and no one answers the phone. Yes... I am dialing the correct number.
