670 The Score - WSCR - AM 670 - Chicago, IL

I tune in to the score for Chicago sports, particularly for Bears and Sox news. I'm from Chicago, now live in Los Angeles, and look forward to hearing Chicago sports news. What I don't understand is why I have to listen to Boers and Bernstein berate most of the callers and basically seem to dislike their jobs. I suppose I should consider the possibility that they like to make their callers and listeners uncomfortable but that just doesn't resonate with me. So like today, I tune in to listen to Sports news about the trade of Brandon Marshall to the Jets, and because it is the hours that they are on, I can't even be properly informed. Instead I listen to them getting off on each other while being sarcastic and cruel to callers and I'm forced to turn int off before even an hour has elapsed. I hope for your sake that the numbers are good but wow, these guys are mean and so narcissistic that I don't even get the straight news. Help me and all the others like me out and give them a heads up and give us proper entertainment. Their opinions are their opinions. The are Facts or Truth. Thank you, Rick

I get tired of Boers and Bernstein calling people idiots because they don't agree with them,they are ignorant and crude,they gang up on callers to degrade them.I have turned that station off when they are on.

The Score now has the contract for White Sox games, and I think they do a great job with it. Their signal isn't as strong as ESPN 1000's, so you may be SOL if you're out in the boonies, but they've done a nice job of bringing on some of the players, coaches, and broadcasters for regular interviews and their unique perspective.

For sports talk in Chicago, this is pretty much it for me. ESPN 1000 is ok, but 670 just has a better line-up imo. I could do w.out Mike North tbf, he's decent and Chicagoan thru and thru but his schtick can get old. The real overachievers here are Boers

I've been addicted to The Score, particularly the Boers and Bernstein show, for about 4 years and counting. They are pessimistic and hilarious. Right up my alley. Even though it's the White Sox radio network, they aren't afraid to criticize any team or any person. They constantly poke fun at the "meatball" mentality of the typical Chicago sports fan. E.g. Bears fans always wanting Lovie Smith to be fired because "we need anudder coach like Ditka!". Other shows and personalities are worth checking out too. Mully

I have found myself listening to 670 AM more than other local sports channels. I feel like I am getting more of the story, more information and more updates. I find myself entertained when struggling to drive on the dreaded Bishop Ford.

Not sure why it changed my star rating to 5??? Its 1-star. The commercials are making me sick. I can no longer listen to the show, regardless of content. Speaking of content - too much talk of the same NFL crap every day, not enough coverage of NHL and NBA topics. It's 670-The Score "We only talk Football"... you can't call it "Chicago sports radio" if you only cover one sport and one team...
