Hopper, I am recommending that the voters cast a "NO VOTE" on all the measures. The measures as written are very confusing and deceptive. In my opinion the public should demand that the City Attorney do her job and explain to the voters the objective of all the measures. The City Attorney Julia Lew Ver más ... is paid via taxpapers monies and the taxpapers deserve clarification of the wording surrounding each measure. I personally don't think Milt Stowe or Matt Green know enough about the measures to express a legal opinion. LETS BE FAIR TO THE VOTERS. They deserve better. About two weeks ago via FB Candidate Green expressed that Measure T was good for the city (he said the CITY, not the public). Candidate Stowe could have had my lawsuit against the city dismissed if he would have come forward and inform Nelson and Rossier, that it was he (MILT STOWE, Parks and Leisures Director) had given granted me permission to exercise my Constitutional Rights. KTIP is only doing a disservice to the public by not fully informing them. John Duran
