I was watching your station for the news and saw that you had on air something about Uber taking over the rides for people and that cab companies are going out of business because of it. Well the people need to know that, Uber is not what it seems. They need your debit card info just to use Uber. I Ver más ... was stranded twice and I didn't know that when you call for a ride to get you and there is no ride for you at that time they keep sending signal to get you a ride. When they finally got me a ride , it was several hours later and I ended calling a cab to get home. Much to my surprise I was charged for the ride I didn't take and when I tried to despute it I couldn't get a customer number on line. I looked on their sight and there is no customer service number to be found and I lost 30.00 in fees for rides I didn't take. People should not take Uber because they are not as reliable as they say they are. I will take a cab over Uber again. Because of this I have to get my info changed because I'm scared that my debit card can be used without my knowing.

I was watching the story about the Chicopee police being recorded. Chicopee has no video of the way they treat people when being arrested. You would be surprised how the difference of no video effects the treatment of situations. This is not the first time I'm hearing about the treatment by Chicop Ver más ... ee police. Now that would be a GREAT STORY!

i was watching the news this morning and about 5 minutes ago was offered six flag tickets for the 10th caller.i must have called not even 1 minute after,so the phone on their end rang 4 times and then i go a "busy" signal!! huh? whats up with that? that does not seem right and i cant help but to thi Ver más ... nk that i could have won those tickets for my children..sincerely upset mom,A.R.

I would like to know when we will get the channels back for direct tv customers I think it very unfair that you can't come to an agreement so loyal viewers like my family can continue to watch programs we love I thought your viewers came first very unhappy and disappointed
