I noticed that during last night's news coverage your station showed footage of the Deputy Mayor DRIVING after he was arrested for DWI with a .13 bac. Is he driving on a suspended license? The. Only other explaination that I can think of is that the judge approved him for a "hardship license", howev Ver más ... er it is unlikely that the deputy mayor could possibly display the requisite "extreme hardship" that is necessary under the law to qualify for a hardship license. Please look into this. The New York vehicle and traffic law section 1193(e) details the requirements for a hardship license. I find it hard to believe that the Deputy Mayor could find no other means of getting to work...aside from the fact that he can afford to pay for transportation to and from work, he also lives in Rochester, not far from place of employment...is he too good for public transportation? Again, please look into this because our laws should not be selectively enforced based on wealth or political affiliation. Thank you
