Bad experience! Went online and ordered a part and paid with calculated freight for DHL International. I chased up a tracking number which took two days to arrive after I pushed for the information and now after providing the tracking number. I am told they made a mistake and want another 308 Euros

on top of the 195 Euros already paid. Then they won't refund to my credit card only to a bank account. I don't like the sound of that transaction and have learnt a lesson not to import from Ex-Eastern Block countries
